Furlough Update: 9 April 2020

 

1. HMRC have now confirmed to Parliament that the online portal will open on 20 April, with the first reimbursements to be made on 30 April;
2. Any employees who have been TUPE'd to a new employer after 28 February will be eligible for furlough;
3. HMRC have now confirmed its possible to take annual leave when on furlough and it must be paid at full pay;
