Richard Cramer
Richard has over 25 years of legal experience having qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and formed Cramer Richards solicitors in 2002. He regularly appears in regional and national media as a recognised figure in Sports Law and is a frequent guest on Radio Leeds, providing expert advice to its listeners.
Paul Dodds
Paul qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and has extensive experience Sports, Law and business. He was a former Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and his practice has extended to become a wide-ranging commercial practice, including a specialism in Sports Law. Paul has recently taken on the role of Head of Group Legal.
Paul has acted for many well known sports people alongside his commercial practice, counting former World Title Holders, Leading Agents and elite footballers as current or former clients. Paul does so much more than the traditional lawyer role for his clients and is considered a trusted advisor to HNW individuals and SME owners. Paul also often provides hands-on support to businesses in trouble, using his legal and management skills.
When not advising clients, Paul’s principal role is to help ensure the practice has excellent service and compliance standards.
Martin Collins
Martin has enjoyed a successful career in the SME sector as well as Large Corporates and the world of banking following the sale of one of his business to a leading FTSE 250 bank. His experiences have served both himself and his current group of professional services businesses as well as providing unique knowledge and support for the clients across the group of businesses.
As CEO across these professional service companies, Martin remains completely focused on delivering the highest levels of customer service, ensuring that the incredibly talented team of lawyers combine their skill and expertise with the understanding of a business owners needs and expectations to deliver a truly unique client experience.
Declan Doherty
Declan works closely with the partners having joined Front Row Legal as a paralegal in October 2017, becoming a trainee solicitor in September 2018. He has acted on a variety of complex civil and commercial disputes including in the High Court and Court of Appeal. He also advises in employment disputes and on a broad range of non-contentious matters and has experience in FA and RFL cases including disciplinary hearings.
Suhail Alloo
Suhail is an experienced commercial litigator with specialisms in professional negligence and recoveries, . He works with clients to help them find solutions to the problems they face; he prides himself on the ability to build excellent client relationships with a pragmatic and straightforward approach.
Examples of how Suhail has supported clients include:
- Working with lenders to recover sums from commercial borrowers via the sale of assets.
- Advising on professional negligence claims against professionals such as solicitors and surveyors
- Advising on breach of contract matters
- Advising on matters relating to unpaid debts
Dick Jennings
Dick Jennings is a Consultant at Front Row Legal. Dick specialises in company and commercial law. He has over 35 years experience advising in relation to corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, owner-managed businesses, right managements, law firm consultancy, private client, property and litigation.
Rima Gasperas
Rima is an experienced commercial property lawyer with general experience in all aspects of commercial property and has acted for national clients as well as smaller businesses closer to home. Having originally trained and worked in the City she moved into a consultancy role whilst retaining clients in London.
Rima has worked with our Head of Group Legal for over 10 years in a national practice. She acts for many national retail clients as well as much small local businesses and dealt and has a good knowledge of the retail market – she has been quoted in the national press and specialist retail press regarding the challenges facing retail during and after the COVID pandemic and how the high street is changing.
Her recent career highlights have been the acquisition of a large retail space for a longstanding client in a prominent building in the centre of Manchester, acquiring a number of shopping precincts in North Wales, the relocation of a major client’s office space in the City of London and the Management of large housing developments sites for a former sports client.
David Dresser
David is vastly experienced Property Solicitor, having provided Commercial Property services to a variety of enterprises across Yorkshire including both private Practice and extensive local Authority work. He has worked alongside the team at Front Row Legal for a number of years.
Career highlights for David are setting up the in-house legal departments for both Poundworld and Costcutter.
David holds an MA in International Studies and a Master of Law degree in Commercial Intellectual Property Law.
Harry Joule
Harry joined Front Row Legal in 2023 after working in-house at a technology company in Sheffield and previously a law firm in Sheffield. Harry graduated from Keele University with a Law degree in 2018. As a paralegal at Front Row Legal, he assists with the day to day management of both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Molly Bleazard
Molly joined Front Row Legal in July 2023 after studying A-Level Law, English Language and Literature, and Sport Science at Immanuel College, Bradford. Molly hopes to qualify as a solicitor in the future and has had a fond interest in the legal industry for a long time. Prior to joining Front Row Legal, Molly completed some work experience in a firm, in Morley, Leeds.
